Join our dynamic team as an Aerospace Program Director! You will be responsible for managing aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage aerospace engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with aerospace regulatory standards and practices.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the aerospace division.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in aerospace project management
