Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to work on innovative aerospace projects in Pretoria. The successful candidate will contribute to design, analysis, and testing of aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and perform design calculations.
• Coordinate with other engineering departments for integrated project delivery.
• Review and analyse technical reports and datasheets.
• Actively participate in the design and testing phases of new products.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed in engineering designs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Aerospace Engineer
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
