You will tackle complex engineering challenges, collaborate with clients, and ensure the successful execution of projects in Johannesburg. A proven track record in engineering and client engagement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through to completion.
• Evaluate project designs for feasibility and compliance with standards.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for materials sourcing.
• Analyse project data to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best engineering practices.
• Participate in client presentations and build strong relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in engineering design and project management
