Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for examining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits from planning through to reporting stages.
• Assess the effectiveness of financial controls and operations.
• Draft audit reports and present findings to management.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the tax department to ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• CFA
• Registered Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
