Job Description

As a Food Scientist at Food Innovations Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the research and development of new food products. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and working alongside production teams to ensure product excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate food formulations to enhance nutritional value while ensuring quality.
  • Perform statistical analysis on product testing results to validate formulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance.
  • Train staff on food safety practices within the kitchen and laboratory.
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and analyze data for product longevity.
  • Engage with customers for feedback on product performance in the market.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related disciplines
  • Master's degree in Food Technology is preferred

  • 5+ years in a food production or R&D role
