Job Description

We are searching for Agricultural Workers to undertake various tasks needed to keep our resort's agricultural activities running smoothly. You'll engage in hands-on farming duties, ensuring that our beautiful surroundings are well-maintained and sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks related to crop cultivation and farm upkeep.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and local farmers for resource sharing.
• Implement environmentally friendly practices in daily operations.
• Prepare reports on agricultural performance and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to the planning of community-supported agriculture initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or agriculture preferred

Technical Skills

• Sustainable farming techniques
• Familiarity with local flora and fauna

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with permaculture design: Knowledge of sustainable land use and design principles.
• Experience with farm-to-table initiatives: Involvement in projects linking local farmers with consumers.
