Job Description

We are seeking experienced Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our manufacturing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidates will possess the skills to operate and maintain a variety of shoe manufacturing machinery, ensuring quality output and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for specific production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Report any machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any production defects.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment
