Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare pitch books and other documentation for client meetings.
• Participate in client negotiations and meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through client referrals and networking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA with a focus on finance is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related financial services
