Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Your role will involve managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with clients to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Work closely with management to develop financial strategies.
• Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage payroll processing and compliance.
• Participate in financial planning and risk management.
• Prepare and present financial performance summaries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA(SA) is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting roles

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
