Job Description

We are seeking skilled Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used for coating and painting, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot the coating machinery, ensuring efficient process flow.
• Adjust machine settings based on the specific requirements of different coatings.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of safety throughout the operation.
• Report any deviations to the Production Manager and assist in developing solutions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with safety and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Trade Test Certificate in a related manufacturing field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Coating Technologies
• CNC Machine Operation

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in supervisory roles: Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Forklift Operator Certification: Valid certification for operating a forklift in a warehouse or factory.
