Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our quality control efforts, ensuring that our products meet rigorous standards for quality and reliability. You will develop and execute testing protocols, manage teams, and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for raw materials and finished products.
• Investigate product defects and customer complaints for actionable insights.
• Assess supplier quality performance and manage relationships with key suppliers.
• Collect and analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality.
• Report quality metrics to management and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Facilitate workshops on quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry
