Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of South African legal frameworks and will be skilled in contract law and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance for staff.
• Provide support during audits and investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of legal filings and documents.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess legal implications of business decisions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB with Honors
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in corporate legal matters

Languages

• English: Fluent
