Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate General Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, conducting physical exams, and ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient histories and perform diagnostic tests.
• Administer vaccinations and manage chronic health conditions.
• Remain up-to-date on healthcare legislation and guidelines.
• Coordinate care with ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications in family medicine are preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in general practice or equivalent healthcare setting

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
