Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all academic policies and procedures.

• Lead strategic planning initiatives in alignment with the institution's goals.
• Coordinate accreditation processes and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input on academic programs and policies.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions and organizations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement among academic staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership
• Doctorate strongly preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in a senior academic role
