Join our dynamic team as an Educational Consultant, where you will design and deliver training programs tailored to various educational settings. This role involves collaborating with teachers and administrators to improve educational practices and elevate the learning experience for students.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Provide expertise in educational technology integration into the curriculum.
  • Build relationships with educational stakeholders to enhance partnerships.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
  • Offer coaching sessions to teachers for professional development.
  • Participate in educational conferences and workshops as a representative.
  • Collaborate with local education authorities on educational reforms.
  • Design and implement strategic plans for educational enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within educational settings.
  • Support schools in implementing policies related to inclusivity and diversity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in educational environments with a focus on consultation
