We are in search of an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in technical support, troubleshooting, and IT service management. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for technical inquiries.
  • Assist with the maintenance and performance of IT systems.
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk or technical support roles
