We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. You should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models to project revenues and expenses.
• Engage in risk management strategies and maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare variance reports to help management understand performance gaps.
• Support the finance team in audit processes and reports.
• Look for continuous improvements in reporting methods and financial systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
