Responsibilities
Assess, analyze, and process insurance claims.
Investigate claims to establish facts and assess damage and liability.
Consult with experts, witnesses, and assessors to gather relevant information.
Review and interpret policies and contracts in relation to claims.
Prepare detailed reports and maintain records of claim activities.
Liaise with clients and service providers to ensure smooth processing of claims.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
