We are seeking a skilled Insurance Underwriter to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will analyze risks, assess applications, and determine appropriate coverage options. Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
• Implement best practices in underwriting processes.
• Review complex applications and provide guidance to junior underwriters.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
• Work with other departments to resolve underwriting issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Risk Management
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
