Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our clients in East London. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing systems, and managing user accounts. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth tech environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support tickets and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the management of IT inventory and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields
  • Additional certifications in IT support are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role or similar position
