Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored care strategies.
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
  • Continuously monitor patient vital signs and updates in condition.
  • Document care processes and patient progress accurately.
  • Assist in emergency response situations as needed.
  • Support caregivers in managing complex patient needs.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Engage in community health outreach and education.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional growth activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Postgraduate diploma in critical care is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a nursing role
