Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed technical drawings.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into all projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban design and architecture

Technical Skills

• Archicad
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• SACAP Registration
• Certified Urban Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
