We are seeking a dedicated Hydroelectric Operations Maintenance Worker who will take charge of the upkeep and repair of hydroelectric systems. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled maintenance on hydroelectric generation equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
Monitor water flows and reservoir levels.
Operate the hydroelectric plant during both normal and emergency situations.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records related to maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in relevant fields is preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in hydroelectric operations and maintenance
Technical Skills
Hydraulic systems maintenance
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
