Job Description

As a Building Surveyor with our firm, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards in construction projects. Responsibilities include property assessments and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate building plans and provide feedback on compliance issues.
• Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure alignment.
• Participate in training and development to enhance skills.
• Assist in preparing budgets and project estimates.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to on site.
• Engage with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
• Document and address client concerns promptly.
• Utilize surveying equipment and software to produce accurate measurements.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Building Surveying or similar
• Advanced qualifications in surveying are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in site surveying or a related field

Certifications

• Building Safety Certificate
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
