Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Construction Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to project teams, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met seamlessly.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as required to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare reports for management on project status, milestones, and financial performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction or Civil Engineering
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management are a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in overseeing construction projects
