Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance product development.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Prepare and present quarterly reviews to the executive team on customer insights.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics.

Advantageous

  • Experience in a SaaS environment: Prior experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics: Familiarity with common customer success KPIs and how to track them.
