Job Description

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and enhance brand awareness. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Design and manage marketing collateral that promotes the brand.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on performance.
• Work with external agencies as required for specific projects.
• Ensure branding guidelines are met across all marketing materials.
• Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.
• Conduct A/B testing for digital campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing
• Advanced diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment
