Responsibilities

• Manage the entire creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers as needed for specialized projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with client branding and messaging.
• Develop a portfolio of creative work that showcases the agency's capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a creative director role

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design
• Brand Development

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
