SOC Analyst

Job Description

Join us as a SOC Analyst, where you'll actively defend our systems against cyber threats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring security alerts, conducting incident investigations, and improving existing security protocols. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity.
• React swiftly to security alarms and resolve issues expediently.
• Generate reports on incidents and suggest strategic improvements.
• Keep abreast of current security developments and trends.
• Assist in risk assessments and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Provide support during audits to ensure compliance.
• Help maintain and enhance the effectiveness of security systems.
• Train junior staff on security protocols and incident management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations or IT Security

Languages
