Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to help our team navigate technical challenges. This role requires troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional service. You will provide desktop support, manage IT requests, and assist in system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and implementing IT improvements.
• Monitor and report on IT system issues.
• Coordinate hardware repairs with external vendors.
• Support and guide users in optimizing their IT resources.
• Perform routine maintenance on server hardware.
• Update documentation for IT procedures.
• Maintain compliance with IT policies and regulations.
• Assist with onboarding of new staff from an IT perspective.
• Develop solutions to improve user experience and workflow.
• Participate in team meetings and project planning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Networking or Computer Systems

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
