Responsibilities

• Deal various casino games while ensuring adherence to game rules.
• Engage with game participants and facilitate a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Collect all bets and payout winnings in an accurate and timely manner.
• Actively monitor the gaming area for compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of gaming equipment and supplies.
• Participate in team meetings to improve service delivery.
• Promote responsible gaming practices among patrons.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Ensure personal cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary education in hospitality or tourism is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment is advantageous
