Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate healthcare operational activities.
• Manage confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Ensure effective patient appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Engage with patients to optimize their healthcare experience.
• Create and maintain an efficient office environment.
• Act as a liaison for interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication.
• Evaluate vendor services and manage contracts.
• Ensure proper management of healthcare supplies and inventories.
• Address patient and staff grievances appropriately.
• Develop community outreach initiatives to promote health services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
