Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• ITIL Framework

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
