Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of children's physical capabilities to create tailored therapy plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and adjust treatment strategies effectively.
Engage effectively with children to motivate and encourage participation in therapy.
Document each child's growth and progress, adjusting methods as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to families in managing their child's therapy at home.
Facilitate workshops for parents on the importance of physical therapy in child development.
Utilize appropriate therapeutic equipment and technology in treatment sessions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within therapy environments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Specialization in Pediatric Physical Therapy is preferred
Experience
Experience working with children with complex medical needs is advantageous
