Responsibilities

• Deliver professional grooming while ensuring the well-being of each pet.
• Cultivate customer relationships for repeat business.
• Manage inventory of grooming supplies and report needs.
• Assist in handling and restraining pets during grooming.
• Participate in community events to promote grooming services.
• Handle complaints or concerns from pet owners with professionalism.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Pet Grooming or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pet grooming

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Grooming Tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Professional Groomer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with grooming software: Experience using software for scheduling and pet records.
• Ability to train junior groomers: Experience mentoring or training new staff.
