We are on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and offer solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, developing strong relationships.
  • Track and report on account metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and promotional content.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role with a focus on account management
