Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to enhance workflow.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the production area.
• Prepare regular reports on production output and efficiency.
• Support the Factory Manager in achieving production targets.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular team meetings.
• Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and production methods.
• Handle employee concerns and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in production management is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
