Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain capsule manufacturing equipment, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust production machinery for optimal output.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections during production.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to strict safety and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Support training for new team members on machinery operations.
• Report machine malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Engage in problem-solving and process optimization workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. certificate in pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering) preferred

Experience

• At least two years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
