Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality archery equipment. Your role includes setting up machines for optimal performance and ensuring that production standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for the production of archery equipment.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Document production runs and any downtime encountered.
• Assist in implementing efficiency improvements.
• Engage in training sessions for skill enhancement.

• Manage inventory of materials required for production.

• Work alongside engineers for machinery upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience with archery equipment will be advantageous
