Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client mental health through assessments and interviews.
  • Design and implement treatment interventions based on clients' needs.
  • Counsel clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for client care management.
  • Engage in community outreach programs promoting mental health awareness.
  • Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools and frameworks.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
  • PsyD or PhD is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
