Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in contract law, compliance, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the legal aspects of organizational restructuring and transactions.
• Monitor legal compliance in operations and provide necessary guidance.
• Develop legal strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with external legal counsel when required.
• Draft internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Engage in negotiations on behalf of the company with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Provide timely legal opinions to support business decisions and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Law or Commercial Law is advantageous

Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar
