Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Interior Architect to join our Cape Town office. This position requires a creative mind with a passion for designing spaces that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. You will work closely with clients and teams to develop innovative design concepts and ensure every project meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for a variety of projects, ensuring quality and creativity.
  • Assist in developing design briefs based on client needs.
  • Produce visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Perform cost estimates and feasibility studies for proposed designs.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and materials to bring the latest innovations into designs.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in site meetings and liaise with contractors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related discipline
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in interior design
