We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massotherapist to join our team. As a Massotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, helping them relax and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage sessions based on client assessments.
• Maintain a detailed log of client feedback and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients on self-care practices post-therapy.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and sanitization procedures.
• Engage in regular training to enhance massage techniques and skills.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss therapy updates and best practices.
• Utilize feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Facilitate the promotion of wellness through massage therapy.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy
• Valid license to practice as a Massotherapist in South Africa

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in massage therapy.

Technical Skills

• Aromatherapy
• Reflexology

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Holistic Therapies: Familiarity with holistic therapies such as reflexology or aromatherapy.
• Experience with Diverse Populations: Experience working with a variety of clients, including athletes, the elderly, and pregnant women.
