• Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve them professionally.

• Develop and update guest services manuals and training materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is accepted
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in hospitality operations
