Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interaction and sales progress.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand network.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales manager.
  • Prepare documented proposals and contracts for new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a target-driven environment
