Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Assist clients with inquiries or issues regarding services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer preferences.
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
  • Support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales role
