In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their queries and promote product features.

• Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement store strategies.
• Assist in inventory management and stock audits.
• Participate in staff training and development events.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
• Support other departments as needed during peak hours.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Business or Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of retail or sales experience
