Job Description

As an Allied Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in healthcare delivery by providing support to healthcare practitioners. Your attention to detail and commitment to patient care will be essential in the day-to-day operations of our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of prescribed treatments and therapies.
  • Keep medical equipment sanitized and in good working condition.
  • Engage with patients to foster a supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to patient care.
  • Support healthcare staff with administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist in training new staff or interns as required.
  • Maintain a log of daily activities and services provided.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
  • Further certification in a relevant specialty will be advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in allied health roles
