We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Durban. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Team Leadership Proven record of leading and developing teams in hospitality environments.
  • Marketing Strategy Able to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Financial Acumen Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Customer Service Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
  • Food Safety Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Zulu (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of social media marketing: Proven experience in leveraging social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Experience with guest feedback platforms: Experience in utilizing platforms to gather and analyze guest feedback.
