Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and helping others. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and network connections.
• Assist in managing user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor systems for performance and security issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant technical support experience

• Linux OS

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• Cisco CCNA (Optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
